Past problems

  • 2026-10-02: Last night, we upgraded Mastodon to v4.5.19. During this upgrade, we also switched some nginx headers. Due to a typo in the $Host logic, the instance was unable to recognize itself, effectively breaking federation. This has been resolved. No data has been lost.
